@shanky1126, I saw a similar thing happening in my profile this morning. I am of the same timeline as you, did you receive any e-mail or updates yet?

It shouldn't take long. For me they mailed it on 13th Feb, and I received the PCC today morning. Delhi might be faster, as the sorting center for me was Mumbai and then the letters traveled from Mumbai to Pune. In your case I think it should be straight to Delhi.Guys, how long does it take for the Singapore PCC to reach Delhi by mail? The SGP office has replied stating that they have sent the PCC using registered mail.
Thanks!
So fast. Mind letting us know a bit about your profile? How many dependents? PCCs?AOR 18th Feb

Hey, the first time I e-mailed them back in February 2018, they responded within 3 days. I e-mailed them again on March 12th asking for my VO details, they haven't responded yet. Their automated response said the following "Due to a high volume of inquiries we are only able to respond to case-specific inquiries and the service standard is 20 working days."Does CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca reply to visa office and status update queries these days. The automated reply seems to mention that they will not respond to such questions and people should use the Case Specific Enquiry Webform. Any Idea?
I emailed them on MARCH 16, It says the following:Hey, the first time I e-mailed them back in February 2018, they responded within 3 days. Does your automated response say differently?
Interesting, the automated response I received on March 7th for my e-mail to CPC-Ottawa did not add the point 'Which visa office is processing your application', guess they'd have been receiving too many questions off late on it.I emailed them on MARCH 16, It says the following:
Due to a high volume of inquiries, our timeframe for email responses is within 10 business days.
