Hi,

I will be completing 6th Month mark on 17th February. I got my 3rd GCMS notes and there is no much difference between my 1st GCMS notes and 3rd one. My PR application category is FSW inland. My medical passed on 11th April and criminality passed on 14th May. My Eligibility changed to recommended passed on 15th May. Last ACTIVITIES, APPLICATION NOTES or ADMISSIBITIES on GCMS notes was seen on 15th May only. After that, there is no activity at all since 15th May. Why such a delay in my application? What could be the reasons!! I am really tired of waiting. I called them many times, emailed them and ordered GCMS. Nothing is working out. I am planning to escalate these issues to immigration minister after 17th August. Is that good idea?

I strongly feel that no one has picked up our files after that. My last notes are on May 1 and I ordered 2 GCMS after that no change at all. Our files seems to currently dumped and waiting to picked up by an officer to review it. That my assumption as my criminality is also in progress since March 12 when I passed medicals. In past 2 weeks raised 2 CSE, called 1 time and emailed them 1 time...no reply yet !! Calling was waste of time for me.

It is a pathetic state right now as we do not even know where and what is wrong. Crossing 6 months mark and and still no decision. We can just be hopeful & patient as we have been for the past few months. I would wait some time for contacting anyone higher up !
I just raised a CSE today again hoping it might turn tables for me

Thank you for your message..I believe we are in the same boat...Nothing wrong in our files...no security screening but still they haven't touched it for three months. I called CIC agent a few days back and they are like we never promised 6th month processing time. It is just average time for the majority of files and each case is different. But they can't tell why it is delayed!! I am really getting frustrated now...I am going to order 4th GCMS now... I never thought I will cross 6th month Mark.. was very hopeful in June only since my eligibility passed on 15th May.. only thing was left was the security check. now like three months my files are not touched. what a bad luck :-(

man, you are still waiting? I thought you have already landed as i remember from group that you have received RCMP in May

Nope still waiting at IP1. Wait for this CEC has been extremely long.............

I would wait another week or two for that ! Few Feb CEC & FSW Inland waiting for long have received PPR in past few days so kind of hopeful that we should be lucky soon!

Even I got exact same reply when I called them last week. It is natural to get frustrated at this stage. Would just suggest little more patience and our time will surely come!

Is there anybody whose eligibility is under review from more than 2 months.
My status is BG-NA since May 4, Aor-Mar 14
My gcms notes says eligibility review required from the time May 25.
My due date was 15 August.
Any vet? Does due date make any sense?

My eligibility also says "Review required" since May 29. But the thing is no one has picked up my file for review since then! Due dates don't matter. Mine was on June 28 according to gcms and nothing!

Yea bt now we are close to 6 month so I thought may b they wld try. My file hasnt been touched after 30 june when they updated review: not started
Aug 6 I got update We do not need add. Docs
Aug 4 they generated myGCMS notes..my notes were last updated July 31 only bcz of my GCMS request.
