Waiting patiently for it to happen some day ...nearing 6 months mark soon.
Being CEC aor Feb 14 it seemed PPR was close initially. Most CEC are about to receive PR card soon and some are still waiting for PPR email like me :)

i think u already know dat but ur ppr is near .the reason -someone from cec stream ordered der gcms and dey had PPR without security started ,so in ur case u just have to wait for criminality to pass.gud luck!!

Hi,

I received my passport request on June 8 in my spam folder. I haven't checked until now. I passed the 30 days time period mentioned in the mail. there was no message in my CIC account. Any suggestions how to approach CIC now? will my application be rejected by now for not sending the passport in time?

Statuses by the month of submission up to date:
*We had seen a lot of PNP-Inland from January getting PPRs last two weeks, it allowed January to clear up to ~75%. However, still a lot of waiting. We can clearly see that the target of 80% within 6 months had been missed by CIC for January applicants, and partially for February.



Statuses by day of submission for January:
*Remember 40% are PNP applicants, they are currently being processed, 90% of PPRS for jan past two weeks were for PNP applicants.

*The most quiet months as of now, almost PPRs reported in last two weeks (or rather only few)

*April had seen quite a big number of PPRs in the past two weeks.

Just send it over, I know a friend of my husband had the same issues and they sent him another email after the 30 days time period, he sent his passport and it worked.

Eralaran, Congratulations!

This should not be a problem. People had the same experience and they were able to sort it out...CIC understands. Just explain to them what happened and they will send you a new PPR email.

I searched the forum and saw that many people have the same issue. Seems like a technical glitch again!

Hi Rg,

Where is your file? I am in the same situation as you just that my Security and Criminality havent been started yet. CEC inland AOR 17th Feb.
My file is Vergeville, Alberta.

My file is at CPC Ottawa since end April as per GCMS which is supposed to be fastest VO... but not for me i guess !
