Hi All,
Is there any difference in timeline for FSW-O and PNP (Ontario) applicants????
I am PNP-O candidate and AOR is 8th Feb. BG check is "NA" from past more than 20 days.
I have seen FSW applicants having their AOR date much later than 8th Feb and their BG status has changed to ip2.

Anyone with PNP-O and having same time-line have their BG at ip2???

Where did you get the news? Can you show me one single case?
As per tracker many FSWO and PNPO from Jan are still waiting. Almost all Feb applicants of the same stream are waiting. CIC cleared almost all CEC applications upto Feb end.

Hi Kapilarora,
I'm also a PNP-Outland (Ontario) applicant having AOR date as Feb 8. My BG status was N/A(08.02.17) <Next step is to conduct BG Check (15.03.17) <N/A (14.05.17). Since then, no update!!

Hi Guys..

I am FSWO
AOR in FEB

It seems CEC Inland applications are getting cleared only at this point..
Wanted to understand If CIC has some kind of Priority set, as in (stream wise). If this is so then i guess FSWO Jan application must be pending as well. (i am guessing). So going by this trend, do we (AOR Feb applicants) aspect PPR in June mid or June end or even July?

Not sure if my observation is right or wrong. Plz help

Thanks

I agree with your point, I was wondering June start for our updates but now I expect it's delayed by almost a month now.

AOR 21st Feb FSWO, I am expecting update by mid or end of july if this delay goes on like this.

From my gcms notes I'd say most of feb fsw have cleared medical and criminality, but there is no start on our security or eligibility I would roughly guess with the back log to expect about 5 months from aor for an outcome based on current trends

I disagree slightly. Compared to ITAs issued till Nov last year the volumes are much higher this year. I suppose if we realize it then so do the people who have been doing this for years. Given how the change in BG status happened towards last week of April and first two weeks of May for a majority of us there is a strong possibility that they are processing applications in batches. Hence, my prediction is that in first half of June many of us FSWs will get PPR (but yeah around 40-50% of Feb AoR only). Next week or 10 days they will be focused on CEC applicants.

The recent trend is 80 days average for CEC. 100-120 days for FSWO and maybe a little more for PNPO, provided the application is straightforward. For FSW and PNP the security goes to CSIS for database check which takes 1-2 months and this mainly happens in NA stage after IP1/NBG. For PNPO there is an extra check which is nomination verification. Another delay for outlanders comes from local VO. Feb 10 onward AORs may expect some PPRs from first week of June or maybe next week which is highly unlikely.

I have a query fellow Feb'17 AOR member's...
My organization is initiating my work permit visa for UK.. i have yet to apply and take date for visa...
My queries are:
-should I inform CIC about UK visa (assuming i get it)?
- if I need to inform CIC about this work permit, should i inform it now or once I get the UK visa stamping done?
- In case I need to inform what is the contact details to whom information is to be shared?
- If I inform CIC about it, will it further delay the final decision?

Please advise members.

After you apply raise a case specific enquiry (CSE) and inform them. There is no harm in informing them.

Just curious,

if provincial immigration office unconditionally accepted job reference letters, does it leave no doubt that CIC would do the same, or they still can find smth to reject \ ADR profile ?

I have a query for which I am really curious about. I hope anyone of the members can help to answer this query.

My timeline is as follows:

Stream: FSW-O (File is at CPC Ottawa as on 5th May 2017)
AOR: 20th Feb 2017
Medical Pass/ BG Not Applicable: 1st April 2017
BG: Not Needed/ The next step is to...... : 2nd April 2017
BG: Not Applicable: 28th April 2017 (Its been 23 days since NA and no change)

Today I completed 90 days of application since AOR. My application was complete and not a single addition document request or any additional information was requested. Moreover, I am a single applicant with no dependents.

I wanted to know that what are the chances of rejection after 100 days of AOR for FSW stream? (Considering that on an average FSW is taking 100-120 days)

Has anyone experienced rejection after 100 days?

Please help
