Hey All,

Been very observant on this forum since submitting my PR on Feb 9th 2017. I'm FSW and living in Canada so I presume i'm inland. I've passed the medicals and went to IP the same day and to NA sometime in April (7th I think). I had a request for additional documents on April 20th but the letter I receives was dated April 20th but it stated in the letter that I had one week to submit proof of my common law relationship with my Fiance as I am the main applicant, but said they needed to receive the correspondence at their office no later than April 19th, which is the day before I even got the letter. Needless to say I gathered a lot of info and submitted the same day but also wrote an LOE informing them of their mistake.

I've been sitting at NA ever since April 20th, but was wondering if anyone would have any idea as to where my application would be at if they requested this additional info to prove my relationship?

Thanks,
Bronagh

Hi, I am AOR - 14 Feb , CEC. Medical pass & IP1 - 12 March. RCMP request - 1 May, submitted RCMP - May 1.
I received my GCMS notes today. If someone could please help me. On the email received it says -

"The processing of your request is now complete. Please refer to the following for an explanation as to what was released:
Disposition of your records: Disclosed in part
Section(s) of the Act applied (if applicable): 16(1)(c) injurious to the enforcement of any law of Canada or a province or the conduct of lawful investigations, 19(1) personal information"

The pages which are marked as 16(1)(c) are as follows -

ASSOCIATIONS -
Application & Cases - 0
Some info is white out(hidden) under it.
GROUPS -
Groups - 0
Again, some info is white out (hidden) under it.

On the last page where agent notes are -

Everything under is white out(hidden).

My question is - As all of the agent notes from CPC - Ottawa are hidden how can i interpret it. Is it something serious. I have no such history and have a clean record. Could it be related to RCMP request. Though there was a note regarding RCMP fingerprint request on 13 March on my notes ..I received the RCMP request on May 1. There was lot of delay in asking for the report.

Any insight into it would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Friends, I got a new addtional RCMP request now for my spouse. My wife is in India now , Any idea how it can be done from there ? She is returning to Canada on May 25th and got 12 working day for the final submission after her arrival date. Will it be ok to place the RCMP request in Canada or Shall i request to do it in India itself ? Any suggestion would be great !
