No idea,
I believe it depends on the case.
I have seen a couple of people who got into IP2 from Not applicable within 7 calendar days, while there are some for whom it took 2-3 weeks.

Another question:

For this, we need to go to the commissionaires and any of their agency and they'll send us the document in 1-2 weeks. This is the whole process, right?

You will have to go to view submitted application. Under it you will see new placeholder for both you and your spouse saying additional document required. You just need to upload it there and no need to reply to email.

guys, got my ppr tonight! arounf 9:07pm! I submitted my application on feb 02, CEC, medical passed on march 26, same day ip1, adr: travel history 04-03, bg:n/a on 04/05 or 04/06. my status never changed again, and by this afternoon, i check my cic account, it shows my bg still at N/A, so...i gave up my hope for this week. i checked it again, till now, its still showed N/A
tonight after walking my friend's dog, I refresh my mailbox, the golden mail was over there! yay! in my promotion folder!

This was SOOOOO helpful.
I was reading this, then I went to check my email promotion folder or just search all inbox and found my passport request! exactly the same May 5th it was received to my promo folder. (but I found it just now)

CRAZY! Thank you.

Yes everything is done online. You should then see your status say document uploaded. Then for my case the BG checked turned to NA after a few days
