Thanks for your quick response bro !!!
So I will pay separately for me and my spouse

Just got an email requesting Police clearance again from India where as I submitted it already when submitting the application.
What to do with it ?

I think best you call up to enquire. Maybe they need you to do it a different way. I've read some comments about people talking about obtaining the PCC from India. Sorry I cannot help here as I'm not familiar with this.

I have received RPRF request but an hour later I got the other request for submitting police clearance

this page is not allowing me to paste the text here so that I can show it to you what request I got today regarding police clearance

Did they ask for RCMP (Canada police clearance )?

guys applied on feb 22 fro pr and bowp both
medicall cleared on 14 march
bowp on hold since 4th april

just got gcms notes ; what does it mean

It reads Application sent for r10 review ,min score 447 applicant score 504,PRINCIPAL APPLICANT APPLICATION PROMOTED

ANY SUGGESTION BASED ON EXPERIENCE

I find it quite weird because as far as I know RPRF fee request are after all clearances. If you cleared security check why are they are asking for the Indian PCC again. You can can CIC to know for sure and the 2nd email is not an error.

I believe there are some glitches in their system today.

Update:
Passport sent April 25th
Passport received May 1st
Landed May 2nd flagpole@Rainbow bridge.

Btw - the paper I got from US boarder literally said "FLAGPOLE", which is kinda funny.
I don't think the refused admission is recorded in any systems, neither US or CA.
US officer asked for my passport to be able to write down the name, DoB and nationality on the paper.
That was it. 30 min overall from putting in 50 cents to leaving with temp PR.

Short ending for spending 8 years living in Canada.
Or, it's just the beginning, isn't it.

Hi buddy,

Just wanted to ask, so once you get your passports back given that you are already in Canada (ie. CEC applicant) you need to leave the country and come back in? Hence the flagpoling strategy above? Thanks

well done!! +1 for you. ;D

I was planning to request my GCMS notes today but I realised that I do not have my UCI number. AFter I submit my application back in Feb I only receive an AOR letter which only contain my file number.

Is that ok? Is there a way for me to get my UCI number? or even can I request my notes without it?

Thanks,

Congrats on your PPR and thank you for sharing the landing experience. Before you get your PR card, can you leave the country ? I heard you must bring travel document if you travel by air. But other people suggested to travel back to the USA and enter canada by car to avoid the travel document. Wondering if you have any insight on this ?

Yes without PR card either you have to get the travel document or you have to come US and then enter Canada through car. These are only option to coming back to Canada without PR card.

I called CIC to clarify about my BG status, the agent told me not to call until 6 months time line has completed :P

65 days since AOR and still didn't have my medicals passed! :'(
