Dear All,
Please advice me with one thing. My application got refused on 28th but i am expecting an ITA on 3rd may draw. Every document is within limit but i want to know that my bank statement is of february. Should i submit the same one or do i have to make a new one?

But the problem here is that i am not in my country and would be going back in june. If i dont submit it it means i will get late more 2 months. My statement is of 9 feb 2017.

I have gone through all those threads and even the cic website. I did not find my answer.

I neither want to book appointment nor want to fly. I dont have USA visa.

So, Is there any way to cross the border and come back without entering to USA?
If yes then what will be the procedure?

As someone mentioned above, it is called Flag-polling. You can leave Canada at Canada-US border and then come back. When you come back, tell the Immigration Officer that you want to complete landing.

you can drive to any of the land borders with the US and upon reaching the border tell the US border agent you are there for flag poll. thats all. pronto

Hello everyone,

First of all, thank you so very much for your opinions on all questions i have ever asked. your answers wer very helpful.
Just wanted to share good news that i got my PPR email and I couriered my passport.

I am CEC- Inland
Application- Feb 6th
Medical passed- march 5
BG- Was NA for Long never noticed any change.
PPr email- April 28

Now another question ;D
Once I will get my visa stamp, I have to , right?
I do not have USA visa and I dont want to fly anywhere else. Is there any alternate for me to re-enter? :'(

Someone advised me that we can cross canada USA border by walk without Visa and can come back from No Man Land to re-enter in Canada. : Is that true? ??? ???
If yes, then what is the exact process? Is this gonna be fine for me to do? :-[

Any answer will be appreciated.

Called CIC to inquire about the status of the application. All they told me is my file is with CPC Ottawa. What Can I infer from this update? other than my file is at CPC Ottawa and under processing Is this the final stage before PPR ? Is my VO CPC Ottawa?

PPR email will land in your email ID and not My cic so ensure you don't miss checking email including junk folders..

I was checking the April PPRs in the tracker and not sure if this is a trend or not, but during the initial two weeks mostly PNP/FSW people got their PPRs with few CECs in between while during the middle of the month it was a mixture of the 3 streams while the last week of the month it was solely CEC folks getting their PPRs.

So fingers crossed we should see some FSW/PNP PPRs in the coming few days

I am CEC PNP Inland and I applied in January 2017.

Following is my status:

Medical: Passes 24 March, 2017
Background: We are processing your background. Same day as medical passed.
Additional Doc Request: RCMP 18th April
Submitted RCMP : 25th April

File Currently at Ottawa.

Can somebody please tell me at what stage my file is and approximately how long it is going to take for PPR ?

Hi, Following is my Timeline.
AOR Date 4 March 2017
MEdical pass 7 april 1027
BG status NBG (Next step is to conduct background check)

I submitted RCMP upfront. Since last one month, my BG status hasnt changed. What does NBG means? did they started background check or not?

I heard that people who have submitted RCMP have different status. Please help.
