FSW inland will not require funds as well as long as they are working in Canada although I agree with you that it's safe to show some funds.

That is not entirely accurate, buddy! Only FSW Inland with LMIA are exempt.

"You don’t need to show that you have enough money to support yourself and your family to meet the program requirements of the Canadian Experience Class (this includes provincial nominees who are part of the CEC stream).

Note that this does not apply if you are currently authorized to work in Canada and have a valid job offer."

I would like to know the source of this information with the stream you are referring to.

It is for FSWO-PNP applicants. I have been noticing trend from November to Feb. Right now it's November FSWO-PNP applicants who are getting PR which makes it 5 months. And now you can calculate the rest.
For CEC, it's 45 - 75 days as per current trend.

Trends can change anytime though.

God knows, I've been waiting for two weeks now. No updates or movement in fellow applicants as well. Just have to wait and see. :-X

Background check is NA since Mar 28th CIC is not consistent, I hope there will be a burst of PPRs before May or we r going to be stuck waiting
due to the grad students applying for open work permits.

I just read in the January forum about someone who didn't get their med passed until the day PPR was issued. Timelines don't always go in a straight line, I've had movement in BG, and Docs, but no med pass and I'm 60 days in. There are many others seeing the same.

Do you guys get a notification in your email that your cic account has been updated when the BG status changes from IP -> NA or NA -> IP(2). I got an email notification when I passed my Medical and since then I am checking my cic profile 3 times a day
Was just wondering if I should stop doing that and patiently wait for the email to arrive in my inbox.

I got an email a day after my app was updated. However on the second update there was no notification in my account, or my email. I've been taking screen shots of the status screen when changes occur so that I can keep track. Otherwise it's easy to overlook the changes. I typically check in the morning when I get up, and once again in the evening before bed, that way if there's anything time sensitive requested (additional docs, etc...) I can respond immediately.

if CEC funds are not required bt still on safe side 4000 to 5000 is enough and just explain in LOE that u r CEC

I'm cec inland but not authorized to work anymore. I'm on visitor status at present. So is it still same that I don't need proof of funds?

The timelines are so mixed up, mine is similar dates, but opposite yours...
