IMHO - date of departure ismore relevant.
This is not something to be concerned about.

I have the same issue. There was no clear indicator, no designation while uploading docs. I will leave it as is. I guess it should be fine. It's not like we uploaded bank statement into employment section. Employment records are in employment section. When they will start examining the docs, they will figure out which reference letter corresponds to which employer.Malipelacanadavisa said:While uploading the documents, since there was no clear indication, i uploaded the employment records from the latest to the old.
So, i uploaded latest employer records in 'Employment records # 1'
then for the previous employer records in 'Employment records # 2' and so on.
But after submitting, i could see in the 'reivew submitted documents', the order is reverse.
Provided '....pdf' - Employment records - <<Designation>>
Document provided is for current employer, but designation is for the first (previous) employer.
Any suggestions, what to do now...
I don't know... If I were you guys, I think I'd resend the letters and explain the mix up, just to be on the safe side. I've read about rejection for some silly mistakes and wouldn't want to take that chance...Pat180715 said:I have the same issue. There was no clear indicator, no designation while uploading docs. Where did you find a rejection due to interchange of docs?maribui said:I don't know... If I were you guys, I think I'd resend the letters and explain the mix up, just to be on the safe side. I've read about rejection for some silly mistakes and wouldn't want to take that chance...
But on the other hand, there was no instruction while uploading the docs, no word that the letters should be in chronological order, that the latest should be uploaded first. Just employment records 1, 2, 3, etc. How were we supposed to know that the order should be like that?maribui said:I don't know...
