Holy fucking shit, I got PPR on 1 sept and realized it today. The BG still shows inprogress and final decision still shows pending. However there is an extra email in the last section with Passport submission request.

Two Things

• It says to submit the passport in VFS India, however I am living in Poland right now
• My passport expires in 5 month and it requires minimum 6 month validity.

Does anyone know what to do, Getting a new passport from embassy would take more than 1 month for sure. If i would have been india I could have got in 15 days but from here it's not possible.

• Could I submit passport of my wife and son only (my wife is primary applicant) and mine when I got it renewed.
• My wife has two passport, should I need to send both or just the recent only.

Timeline:

AOR 10.02.17
Med passed and BG NS: 10.03.17
ADR: 25.04.17 (Israeli pcc, by mistake)
LOE re ADR sent: 27.04.17
File transfer to Warsaw vo: 29.05.17
PPR: 07.09.17

I had "review required" in A11.2 when analyst examined my app. Apparently officer at Warsaw vo was satisfied with everything

i have no idea about visa office, I have been told to submit passport to new delhi.

yes, you always have to submit passport for stamping in the country that you are residing currently. but your file could have been processed in either new delhi or ottawa.
the only way to find out is did u receive a mail with passport request or did u receive mail that there is a update in mycic account and a notification with ppr request updated in mycic ?

And yes the BG never changes to approved untill ur passport is stamped and sent back to you.

You should raise a CSE to request to give you more time to submit your passport till its renewal.
