There was a fellow who got his CEC's AOR same day as me and he was lucky enough to pass his medical son Friday. We both got our AORs on Feb 26th, 2017

So do we get email notification that I passed my Medicals? or do I just keep checking it myself and see if my status gets updated?

Checking on your own is best. Some receive mail in approx 24 hours and some don't receive it at all.

Coming from immitracker. It says you are going to Australia. Lol

You still need to update your signature - it seems like you are the single one left sorry for the error and confusion.
