I am not sure. Did one recently from passport seva kendra and this is much easier to get.

But CIC site shows
"For all residents of India: You can apply for a Police Clearance Certificate from the Passport office on the Passport India website. The website will list what information and documents you need."

Thanks for info.. We have already PCC from PSK.. My query arise because of recent update to one of my friend from consulate..

Can you please provide a screen shot of what it exactly says?

He has shared that to me, which i have pasted here

PCC for India: The certificate has to be taken from police station instead from passport office as the passport office does not provide the colored copy for PCC as per latest CIC rule.
Police certificates need to be a scan of the original police certificate(s) in color. Certified true copies and unauthorized copies are unacceptable and will result in the application being rejected as incomplete.

if that is the case then almost all people would have received rejection. I think we are missing some info here. Did your friend upload the colour scan of PCC (stamp and sign in colour)? Except for Punjab and one other place they have not mentioned to get PCC from police station.

Hi everyone,

Need your help/advice. My wife and I applied under CEC (Inland) with an AOR of Feb 6th 2017. On March 2nd 2017 we got a CELPIP upload request and we did that on the same day. Medicals have not passed yet. This morning we got an email saying additional information is needed on medicals and we need to show this email to our physician.

However, the email has come from the VO office in Manila. We are Indian citizens and currently in Canada on Work Permits. Also, the IME# in the email is not the same as the UMI# on our medical documents. I've raised this as a CSE online but not sure what else to do.

Any advice? Should I call them?

This is normal! The medicals are done by the RMO (if memory serves me right - in any event it's a different section of IRCC) and they have offices all over the world (including Manilla). Don't worry as this does not mean your LVO is Manilla.

IME# and UMI# are different things, so don't worry about those being different either.

Just go back to the panel physician that did your medicals, show hime the message and he'll tell you what you need to do (you may need to see a specialist and get more tests done).

you're right! The PCC needed to be country wide (and not city specific) and needs to be scanned in color (this does not mean the PCC has to be colored - if the original is B/W then it's fine).

Thank you so much, g126! Your reply is reassuring. I had also called up the IRCC contact line before I saw your response and they confirmed this. We will follow up with the physician.

Please add me to the whatsap group. My AOR - 2 FEB

AOR 2 Feb. Medical passed 1 March

Hi All,

I have a challenge with my eAPR. AoR was received on 9th February, however today 9 the March, exactly a month after I discovered an honest mistake in my EE profile, as I chose pH.d instead of masters degree under the section where they ask what the ECA states. Although I picked Masters in highest level of education.

Apparently I was however allotted the scored for a masters unknown to me. Can anyone provide me with an IRCC contact number for persons outside canada. Do I have to withdraw this application? What are my options.
