Called CIC yesterday - the agent told me that everything was in order and good. They said the approval email will be sent shortly and that they are currently experiencing a delay in sending out the email.

Has anyone received the same message? How long after the follow up did it take to get the request email?

My background changed to in progress on 24th and they requested RCMP on 19th April......no change since then....

Looking at their response it seems like your file is finalised and you'll get PPR very soon...

Today It went to Not Applicable. Change after 47 days. (Since Mar 30)
There was No IP1
Directly it went to Not applicable.......................... How long now????????

I think now most inland applicants are waiting for security check; as long as your eligibility is passed and you are fine.
Looking at the timeline tracker, it seems a longer wait time for security checking time.
A month ago, most PPRs came on the same or a day after BG changed to IP2; now it takes at least four or five days. Maybe we have a lot more applicants this year and all we can do is just wait.
Don't put yourself in others' rejections and do not scare yourself, we all will get the PPRs. Canada needs us

I am also in the same situation. AOR 14 feb, medicals pass & ip1 since 12 Mar. RCMP uploaded 1 May. When i called last week not much update and said no one looked at your file since you submitted RCMP. Lets hope for the best. I just wish i get an agent who would tell me the exact status

I uploaded my RCMP on 25th April and called CIC 2 3 times and no useful updates on the status.....one said they are working on my background other said they haven't looked at my file after RCMP other said no R10 or eligibility has been done....really confused and worried about my file

Even my eligibility, security were not started according to the GCMS notes from Apr 24 which i received yesterday. Only medical pass & criminality - in progress. So even I am in quite confused state as according to my notes R10 & 11.2 not cleared(no mention of clearing those in last page of notes). Can't do anything else except to have patience

Seems like most of the applications for whom RCMP was requested, have not been updated since the request was made.
I have a similar scenario.

Looks like when they request the RCMP... files are parked for long waiting to be looked by an officer. But few cases i have seen they received PPR around 20 days after RCMP upload. You can check the progress of CEC applicants and document request and BGS changes on this link below to see how it has been progressing for all.

That's interesting cos mine was requested on 8th of April and uploaded a week later and was uploaded the next day on their end.
I have also called and they acknowledged it.
Feb 10 AOR, FSW INLAND.
