don't worry thats normal . it will change to NA and then to IP again at that time you will Get PPR ..

In schedule A form they have asked for 'Family name at birth' under 'Personal Details of Mother'?
My mother's sir name before marriage was different and she changed her sir name post marriage i.e. same as my father's sir name.

Please recommend if i should mention her pre marriage family name (family name at birth) or post marriage family name i.e. current sir name?

Yep it should be her maiden name which is her pre-marriage surname.
