You are wrong. I'm not going to discuss with you any further because you are convinced of a fallacy. Anyone with PR can move to and from Quebec without a problem.

You and anyone else interested in knowing the law can check a real source like: immigration.ca/en/immigration-wiki2/43-canada-immigration/168-mobility-rights-of-canadian-permanent-residents-under-provincial-immigration-programs.html

You are free to live in your ignorance, I wont argue with you further either, I wish you good luck!
FYI your weblink above is fake ! it leads to an error page (you can click on it to see)

Copy paste the URL, it's not fake. Also, do some research and you'll find you are completely wrong.

HI,

I believe some of my friends from federal PR, currently working in Quebec.
What they do it seems, taking a home in Ottawa border, daily travelling from Ottawa border to Montreal travelling time of 2 hours.
So that their pay roll will be generated by considering ottawa, ontario address. Their tax will be generated their instead of quebec. This way they will ensure the Citizenship wont affected show their intention always in ontario even though they found a job in montreal.

Thanks LizzyBob for your information
