I'm really happy for you and your PPR. My congratulations!

You say that you know what is to wait. Unfortunately, I and all the OINP applicants from November 2015, we are waiting for our nominations (not even PPR!) for 9+ months (instead of 3 months as per OINP guide). For June, July, August, September and October 2015 OINP applicants it was really so - they got their nominations in 2-4 months. But OINP ceased sending nominations to Nov 2015 applicants and later on.

Thanks for congratulations!
Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining or trying to say I've had it worse than you or other unlucky fellows still waiting for whatever it is they have to wait at a current stage of their immigration process. I was just saying that I had my application finalized after the promissed 6 months period and that fact along can make you super anxious. But then again, I've seen people waiting for 11 or even 15 months (!!!) for their PPR, so I do realize I am lucky and should be very grateful (and I am). Your situation is awful and I can't imagine what you're going through. I also had considered applying for OINP as I received an invitation from them, but I figured I might get a chance to get ITA without it, and, luckily, I did. I really hope your wait is over soon and you get one step closer to calling Canada home. Let's also hope that once you get your nomination they will take much less time to work on your file and issue PPR in no time. That would only be fair.
Don't lose hope, neighbour! You'll get there! I root for you!

Question to those who got their passports back from Ottawa:

My return tracker got activated today. But on Canada Post's website I see that the item was accepted in "Mississauga, ON" before being in transit. I was expecting it to be "Ottawa, ON" or somewhere closer. Is this normal? Is it because the return Xpresspost envelope was purchased here in Toronto?

Hello,

I am Silent Member, AOR 17 Feb, Medical Passed 22 Feb, NDVO, Outland. Since 22 Feb there is no update. Any body in same situation?

I ordered GCMS from GCMSnotes.ca

After i paid and submitted the form, i signed and scanned the IMM5744E in pdf and submitted via the link from the website. But it kept saying "The file uploaded has failed or the file was rejected".

Does anyone know how to submit this file? Please help.

Thanks

Thats right! When you purchased your envelope, it was activated I think, now just wait for some records from Canada Post. I used their services a lot and they are working pretty good!

Can anyone please share what all needs to be submitted along with the passport after ppr? How many photographs and what are the specifications?? Anything else they ask for specifically?

I think NDVO taking 6 months processing time into account since the date they received files from CPC,Ottawa. :D
