congrats on PPR, what did ur notes indicate that you adverted , whats ur VO?

Thanks!!! VO is CPC-Ottawa. The agent on the GCMS stated that what I claimed as highest education in my express entry is not what is indicated on my ECA. Thereby resulting to a decrease in CRS score. So eligibility NOT MET. REVIEW REQUIRED.

WES-ECA results: bachelors degree (4 years) and four years study in law.

In the selection there is no four years in study in law as one of the options but I still chose professional degree to obtain a license. So what I did, I raised CSE and explained about it and at the same time requested IQAS to assess my education.

IQAS results: bachelors degree three years and greatly compare to a first professional degree in law.

I immediately submitted IQAS results with LOE again in CSE and they confirmed receipt of it. UNTIL background check changed from not needed to in progress last Aug11 and now PPR email.

I really advise everyone to obtain GCMS.

Yep 3 weeks actually!
I'm so excited by all these PPRs today :D

Hey Guys, I have been silently observing this forum from past few weeks just to get an update of how things are moving for Feb AOR's.
I have received my " Ready for Visa" email this morning and couldn't be happier. I would like to let people know that I find my case interesting and kind of rare form many ( not that i'm an alien :P). I have never ordered any notes and even being in Canada for almost 4 years now, I was invited under FSW and I never bothered to know why not CEC.
This is my timeline:
Invitation : 13 Jan
AOR - 18 Feb
Med Passed : 4 Mar
Background in progress : 6 Mar
Document Request ( Schedule A and Family info ) and Canadian Police Clearance ( What!?) : 9 March
Ghost update : 21 July
PPR - 17 Aug
So what's interesting here is that even before and after the document request my BG never changed and stayed in progress the entire time and my documents were "provided" the entire time too. I have been living in Canada for 4 years and still asked for police clearance even though they mentioned that you will never need one if you are in Canada ( maybe coz i was under FSW).
Please feel free to hit me up with any questions and I will try to answer those. I'm also planning on to help other friends and people that waste money on lawyers and consultants just to know the things that are there on cic.
Cheers to all :) and keep up the good work mates !
P.S - sorry for spamming such a long post lol

Just want to share the news that we just received the "Ready for Visa" email today. Had we not ordered GCMS our application might got rejected. We managed to avoid a possible rejection. So guys I advise you to order GCMS because it will guide you whether your application is on the right track or a possible solution can still be made to avoid rejection.
