Hi everyone. How many Feb AOR's are left and waiting for the PPR rain? Just to get a number on how many of us are left. When did you recieve your AOR and when and what's the status on your BG progress? Hope everyone has a great weekend! ;D ;D

AOR - 2nd Feb
BG - not needed (and the status never changed)
I haven`t received any updates since february :(

Hi Please I was asked to submit a signed copy of schedule A. There are two places for signature. do I sign in just one place or the two places.

I just want to confirm if I need to sign in the last section considering this note

DO NOT COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING SECTION NOW. YOU MIGHT BE ASKED TO SIGN IN THE PRESENCE OF A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT OR AN OFFICIAL APPOINTED BY THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT.

Thank you

You are supposed to sign only at one place. I have seen cases where the application was cancelled, or schedule A was requested again if there were signatures under the last section.

Hi guys, I am also from NDVO batch... my aor is FEB 07

I called customer care yesterday... had to wait for about half an hour to talk to an agent as the line was very busy...finally gotto talk... agent said that the 6 months processing period is just an approximated time and does not reflect any processing time of any profile. He said that an officer CAN TAKE as long as he/she wants to process the file. He looked into my file and said that he could see all the documents were provided and visa office would revert if they want any more. he asked me to wait till sep 20th and if i dont receive any status till then, he asked me to call again to initiate an enquiry...

sooo thats whatss the story !!..
i think this might be the case with others aswell... but ya, fingers crossed and hope for the best.

I received PPR on Thursday, However, my spouse is outside canada. Can anyone throw some light as to how do I apply for their passport. It is ok if they send their Passport to my Canada address or should they apply through the Visa office there? if there is already a thread regarding this can some one please share it with me? Please help.

Hi

Can you share your visa office, please?

You May Contact Principal Applicant's (Should Be you I guess) VO for Change of VO for your wife to VO nearest to her.
In the mean time you should submit your passport to VO and after you get VO change for her, you can submit her too. This change can take up to 10 days but you will get a new letter with new VO with 30 days validity
