What is due date mentioned in the First page of the notes..

It says : due date : 2016/07/09

That due date doesn't mean anything. My 1st GCMS in early april stated 29th april as due date. Than i ordered gcms 1st week of May. nothing happened inbetween. no change in GCMS.

Also Eligibility says Recommend Pass and is there anywhere i could exactly find that R10 is ok?

In last pages they have made too many notes about each and everything that I attached this and that .. Is this normal in all GCMS notes?

My Due date was July 15 if i remember correctly.

May I ask when did you submit the request? I sent one on June 15th, no response yet. Also, did they send you the report by email?

I requested it July 15th.

They sent me a report of 100 pages over email.

And Yes, my BG is still in progress

I did on 16th.. but don't worry you will soon get it on email.. it's normal.. takes between 30-45 days..
