Got rejection.

PNP inland

Reason - "NOC inconsistent"

I ordered GCMS notes and I saw this under agent's note. Following this , I raised CSE on 8th June for Company 1 and second CSE on 21st June for Company 2. Got rejection today.

i am not sure whether they have even accessed my CSE or not. Coz I am sure I updated my reference letters and had shown enough details which is consistent with the NOC code.

My PNP expired on 20th June.

Any suggestion plz?

Thanks.

I think they might have not evaluated the updated documents. Pls share your comments.

Sorry to hear that man, however if your status is valid and your situation is cleared , you can send an explanation letter to tge VO who is processing your application and if it is thier fault or miss evaluation they will reopen your application and ask you for additional info, it will take 15days approximately.

Good luck

That's so unfortunate! Good luck on your next step and keep us posted, please!
I got rejection before as well, for no reason (not satisfied with my work experience or time length).

This was exactly my status after 2 months. I've ordered GCMS Notes after 4 months and hoping that 'Security' is 'Started' or 'In Progress'.

I have ordered twice one after 3 months and the other one after 4 months, both are pretty much same. So, I have decided not to order unless there is an update on my file in myCIC or I receive a ghost email.

Hi Ajay,

Did the GCMS notes mention anywhere that these NOC conditions were not met ? or was it saying the condition is met but they still rejected application.

hello patriwang,

May i know the reason mentioned for ur rejection.

Ghost emails are computer generated and usually come with delay.

Does your status says rejected?
If yes, then they might be reconsidering your case. Hope for the best.

Ok. But did the notes mention anywhere that the reviewer officers decision on any criteria was "Not Met" ?

Eligibility was met during my first GCMS notes. Per my first GCMS notes -

Eligibility - Met,
Criminality - Passed,
Medicals - Passed,
Security - not started

And the same status on my second GCMS as well.

I wonder when it goes to recommend pass stage for eligibility, I thought 4 months is a good time to apply for 2nd gcms.

hello patriwang,

May i know the reason mentioned for ur rejection.

This is the explanations from the refusal letter. OINP-CEC AOR sometime during July last year, refused in November.

Based on the documents provided, I am not satisfied that during the period of your employment at [Company A] and at during the period of your employment at [Company2] that you
have accumulated one year of full-time work experience, or the equivalent in part-time work experience, in one or more occupations that are listed in Skill Type 0 Management Occupations or Skill Level A or B of the National Occupational Classification matrix, exclusive of restricted occupations. The letters of reference provided which dated May 2, 2014 and dated June 8, 2015 demonstrated that you did not work at least 30 hours a week or at least 1560 hours of one year of full-time work.
As a result, I am not satisfied that you meet the minimum requirements under Canadian Experience Class regulations under skilled work experience set out in subsection R87.1(2)(a). Therefore, you do not qualify as a provincial nominee and selection under the provincial nominee program.

Hi everyone,
recently I received my Gcms note. can you pls help me in giving some insight, ideas and advice.
the summary of which goes like this:
Eligibility and security: not started
Criminality and medical: passed
Funds: Met
file transferred to local vo- SGVO on 3/5/16
last pages say:
cpc Ottawa case analyst review: A11.2 assessment***CHECK FUNDS****provincial nominee program applicant
R10 ok.
other criterias are said to be met and satisfied as mentioned

I am confused about A11.2.
your opinions and advice are appreciated

You know your application the best. I would say, if you have any doubts about your proof of settlement funds e.g. anything that may refute your claims in the financial documents submitted, send in a cse to clear such doubts. Possibly current bank statements showing that you meet currently revised proof of funds requirement on cic website

Is eligibility met or recommended pass same?
