I am wondering who will prepare our GCMS notes? is it by officer working on our file?

If it is so, does ordering GCMS would be helpful in reminding officer to move forward our file if it got stuck up at any place?

I am a CEC applicant. I am nominated by BC PNP.

For me while applying BC PNP , I had to mention POF which I mentioned was 30,000$ CAD instead of 3,000$ CAD

After PNP approval , I submited my EE profile with the same amount. I just realized this yesterday that I made this mistake.

Also in Schedule 4 request I put 3000$ CAD in Funds section.

Don't know what to do now. Any help would be appreciated.

GCMS notes are prepared by another department. Your VISA officer is not the one who will prepare the file to be sent. The best he would do is send the complete file to the RTI department.

You don't have to send another request for your spouse as long as you provide the IMM5744E - Conscent for a access to information and personal information request form, along with your application for GCMS. I did it and it worked!

I've ordered GCMS notes but it didn't help much since the notes are as of April (date on which I ordered). and it took a month to get to me, I received just recently in May. I'm actually contemplating of ordering another but I'm thinking about waste of money. maybe I would order another one once I reached my 4th month. waiting sucks big time! :'(

In your GCMS notes was this part completed?
I am worried about my ECA as I have only done it for my Masters degree.
I placed my file on 16 feb so it is more than three months now very so wanted to know that have I cleared that check atleast.

I also ordered GCMS notes in April, they were generated on the next working day after my request and sent to me a few weeks after(!!) :-X
Not a lot of info in them. R10 was ok, and Medicine & Criminality were passed, everything else was not started. Application remained untouched for 3 months basically.
I am planning on ordering them one more time in a couple of weeks when I reach 4 months since AOR. Hope to see eligibility met.

What is weird - all the threads (Nov, Dec, Jan) have been silent for a the last weeks. I would expect at least these applicants to be actively processed. Looks like CIC just does nothing and then suddenly issues a batch of PPRs as an act of mercy to some long-waiters.

After everything has been verfied, what does "security not started" mean???

Dear Friends,

Those who are thinking to order GCMS , Please read this.

This is only for those under FSW outland category and from India/NDVO.

I ordered my GCMS on Apr 12th from visafile.info and got it on May 13th. The GCMS was as of 14th April. I happened to see GCMS notes for 4 other friends who are Feb applicants under same category. All of them invariably had the same things in the GCMS,

1) The file was transferred to NDVO on March 24th,2016.
2) Eligibility Met
3) Funds Met
4) R10 OKay
5) Criminality Passed
6) Employment Verified.
7) Police certificates- OK
8 Master degree - Confirmed
9) Meds - passed
10) QA verification call- 13th April
11) Due date :8th May.
12) Security Not started

All of us got 2 to 3 ghost mails after that.

I got 3 ghost mails : Apr 21st, 24th and 26th

This was exactly same in all our files. So on 8th May something would have been updated.
If anyone applied GCMS after 8th may, others need not waste money.

Don't compare ur gcms with pakistan case. They get processed from London vo. His case would see a fast progress compared to ndvo. Compare with ndvo folks
