I can see in the Jan 2016 AOR group most of the people are still waiting.. so is the timeline really 5-6 months? just want to get the right expectation.. 3 months 5 days since AOR now.

Transferred to NDVO.

I ordered GCMS on 12th April and received on May 13th. This GCMS notes is as of 14th April..
Iam FSW Outland category. NDVO. AOR: Feb 24th.
Based on experience can someone predict my tentative date of PPR

Hello. Thanks for sharing this information. Can you please confirm which GCMS notes provider you used? Thanks.

It's so weird! Some guys get PPR less than two months, and some others still waiting more than six moths ???

Hey Guys!

I received my AOR in Feb 11th
Then CIC requested a Police Criminal Check March 21st, I sent the document March 29th
Background Check is In progress since March 21th
Review of eligibility is "Review in progress" since long ago, I don't remember when

My process is CEC with LMIA

Anyone with similar statuses ??

My employer provided the lawyer and I dont trust him. He srewed my points last year saying i only had 340 when i really had 526!! This delayed my application by almost a year that's why I am running into this implied status.

Can I ask what you mean about the SIN and wage deductions - will i not be paying tax and CCP or IE now on implied status?
Hi, 'Statutory' deductions from Gross Wages refer to; 'Income Tax' deductions for the Federal & Provincial Governments, CPP, EI, etc. Further, 'Implied Status' is from the date you file your BOWP application until the date you receive your response (ie Approved or Denied). If the application is denied you have no choice but to stop working.

Yes, me - my AOR is Feb 16, on Feb 19th they requested FBI certificate and BG has been in process ever since. Even though I provided the certificate on March 1st, nothing has changed. Even the "Provided" in front of additional documents has not changed to "Received" which indicates they have received what they asked for. It's like no one has even opened the file since Feb 19. =(

Hi nshakelly Thank you,

I received my 1st ITA in November 2015 and at that time i was not married so after my marriage i had to change my marital status and in order to change my status i had to reject my 1st ITA and re-submit my EE profile.

Thanks JoacRy. So i dont need to do anything until i get my BOWP. I hope it comes soon i applied April 22nd.

I got my AOR February 22nd was hoping i would have PR by now!

What category are you on? Remember FSW(Inland) & CEC are taking on average 6-7 months before PPR.
