You are correct but honestly i dont have hope for inland ones so fast only outland have that option of faster processing.
we will start getting PPR on a regular basis starting May(hopefully)

Agree, it will take longer for inland apps, so May-June ...

PPR raining in Sep and Oct for FSW Inlanders :) ;D

Hi, Have a question. My AOR is February 3rd, 2016. I am presently on study permit that is expiring on March 31st, 2016.
Am I eligible for BOWP. As it is nowhere stating that it can be done for study permit holders.
What are the options left for me because only few days left for my status.

Yep. You should be able to apply for BOWP. Check the requirements online.

ya its all right for your bG check to go back to not needed at this time
plz refer the mail sent by CIC to me

Dear Client,

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

It is normal for some actions to not be reflected in e-Client Application Status (e-CAS) for many weeks due to the volume of information received at the visa offices and the case processing centres.
In many cases, an in-process file is actually waiting in a queue for initial review as applications are handled in the order they are received and on a case-by-case basis. The waiting time in this initial queue can be lengthy, depending on the standard processing times. Applications are processed according to the Application Processing Time at a given location.
In addition, other actions happening to your file are not shown on e-CAS (example: security checks) so it may appear as though nothing is happening to your file. But be assured that e-CAS is updated on a weekly basis.

Sincerely,

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada

hope it answers a few questions

Thanks kushalk14
+1 for You for this info

btw like You, my application is processed in ADVO

Hi Cherie,

It is locked for editing still. Or I'm doing something wrong. :-)
