I got a request to submit schedule 4 today, they asking the UCI number too, anyone experienced the same here??

Yes same here, I also received a request for schedule 4.
Did you see any 8 numbers in the letter being requested for as well? Coz I saw in mine but not sure what that document is?

this link is for people who got ppr in jan that does not mean they got aor in jan. these guys got aor last year.

Good day!

I received a letter requesting for additional documents. one is schedule 4 and the other is 8 numbers followed by my name, which after trying to figure out what that is, turns out to be my UCI no.

can you advice me if there is any document pertaining to UCI no? Initially I was thinking it might just be to indicate my UCI no but:
- on top of the letter, my UCI no is already indicated so I had second thoughts that this is just for info
- and they have stated "documents" in the requirement where one is sched 4. so I assume they require something from the UCI no?

greatly appreciate your advice.

I uploaded the schedule 4 today, the UCI number is just a way of cic to specify the applicant for whom they need from.

It is just small piece of paper with sufficient information.
I heard that most of the rejection are because of PCC.
Now, i am afraid as my PCC is different from PCC of my friend who directly got it from Indian Police station.

If you are in Canada or were once in Canada and have a work permit, the UCI number is on right top of your work permit.

Not a problem at all. It's a standard format that Consulate General of India issues and which CIC is very much aware of. I was worried previously, but my friends also submitted the same document who have already got their PR.

I'm quite excited as well that I checked it myselft hehe... but it is still good news that the review of application are faster than usual. I anticipate that it will be quicker as time passes by 8)

Just wondering though, sorry to confirm on this...they have already indicated my UCI on the top part of the letter, then in the request they said they needed "documents" (then indicated in 2 separate bullets) one pertains to sched 4 and the other indicating my UCI no.

Is it how it was written on your letter as well? A bit worried bec it states if above documents will not be provided, application can be refused

Guys - Anyone has got an idea about what to expect after the Background status has changed to 'Not needed at this time'?

Hi friend,
In the upload section they only opened one tab and that was for schedule 4, if cic wants both documents from the applicants there should be two tabs opened to upload both documents, and iam inland applicant I applied my student and work visa through cic, so they already have my UCI number and they already mentioned on the letter as well. So I don't think they are looking for a document for UCI number, and if they do iam sure they will definitely ask what immigration document they want, for example student Permit or work permit or the visa.

I recommend you wait for more seniors answer before upload

Ok, I've just checked my sched 4 letter.

They asked for a sched 4 and a sched 4A - I only needed to give the sched 4 and uploaded an LOE for the 4A.

My UCI was on a separate bullet point but I read that as a formatting issue - no need to submit anything for it.

From what I have read it keeps going back and forth between 'Not Needed at this time' and 'In Progress'. Some people have reported this done for months. Others say this has happened in a short space of time.

What category are you can I ask?
