Can you tell me what do you mean by AOR on 9th FEB???

AOR refers to Acknowledgement of Receipt of application.

I had something know as White Coat Syndrome. BP readings where high when I saw the doctor and normal when at home. Doctor asked me to go for 24 hr BP Monitoring and it came out normal. Still just to be 100% sure they asked me get a serum creatinine done , which came out to be normal.
No Worriers if your Creatinine results are normal and no abnormal findings in med reports.

Following are my Timelines :-

ITA: 18th December

Appl Submitted : 9th Feb 2016
AOR: 10th Feb 2016
Meds Passed : 12th Feb 2016
BG : In Progress
Eligibility Review: In Progress

when do you think is the best time to tender resignation? in my case, my notice period as per my contract is 3 months. I'm planning that as soon as I get PR, I will fly back to Ontario. any advice? thanks

Do not resign until you have atleast PPR. you never know what the end result is actually noone knows. If I was you i would wait, it will give you some time to search for jobs here during your relieving time.

Yes!! I see Sep people getting PR now except few luck guys in DEC n JAN.. So according to the same Feb AOR are looking at april atleast.

Guys I had a very sad story today and anyone who can help will be much appreciated.

I got an email stating that my application was being cancelled on account of PCC.

The message I got on My CIC today was "The Police certificates from India that you provided with your application for you and your spouse are not acceptable as they do not cover the full period of time spent in India. You have indicated in your address/personal history that you resided in India from February 2006 to February 2016. The information on the police certificate states the period covered is since March 2010"

In INDIA the PCC always mentions the period of stay at your current address and in my case this was since 2010. The address history you provide is for last 10 years.

Can anyone suggest if they have cancelled on this ground will it be reopened if I write to someone any suggestion or help will be much appreciated.

What is your current country of residence, if it is not India than to to BLS India Office and apply for PCC from there. If you are in India, i would recommend you to goto SP office and get a letter from there on grounds of your current PCC.

The above may or maynot be applicable in your case but it on the best of my knowledge.

If you are in India - Please visit the PSK office in your city and get the PCC from there. The format in which they give is not bound by any address or date

If you are outside India and Canada - Please visit the closest Indian Embassy

If you are in Canada -Please apply your PCC for India via BLS Canada

it intrigues me by reading other applicant's status which says that their BG is now in progress! i received AOR on 29th and my medical was passed in few days.. since then nothing has changed or updated! i am worried now! it has been 21 days and no more changes...as compared to people who filled in feb have their BG started

It all depends on Visa office too. I am inland so my office is Ottawa. I don't know about the rest.

Awaiting further results, I have completed a Upfront Medical Exam and submitted my PCC from India

I am inland FSW

Praying for quick processing as my degree is Canadian, work exp Canadian and currently living here

My mother transferred me around $21,000 CAD (10 lakh rupees) for proof of funds and along with my bank letter I provided a LOE with a gift deed certificate.

Hope all goes smoothly, this PR process has been ongoing for months and months and I just want to get it out of the way and end this uncertain status with some permanency

We have exactly same experience lol school, work and even similar AOR. I really understand the feeling that I need to get out of all these endless anxiety asap! Good luck to all of us.

hello guys

I hv applied for Pr through EE on 19th jan 2016 after getting SINP nomination on 25th dec 2015 & ITA on 6th jan 2016. Then I hv submit the schedule 4 form on 22nd jan. the last status update was on 30th jan 2016 showing medical status passed. And then no update till date.

Is everything all right or how much more time it will take.

Can anyone suggest me what would be the next update after this and related to what?

And the status on more documents needed is provided. What it exactly means?
