Every Case is different. And TBH whatever refusal cases I have seen did have a legitimate reason.

So if you know that your documents were to the code, you are fine.
The percentage of refusal after that long is extremely low.

Hi All ,

I haven't posted in this topic but I have been following it.

I received my PPR yesterday. I'm an Inland FSW , AOR feb 2 , I paid all the fess upfront and my BG turned to in progress on July 18.

I ordered GCMS and received them late June , it indicated that my file hasn't been touched since Feb 13 , BG changed in July and got PPR on August 2

Hi Guys,

I'm AOR in Feb and AOR wan on 22 February.
I just called CIC asking update on my profile (Even though it hasn't passed 6 months mark), they told me that file has been transferred to New Delhi VISA Office.

Not sure how that happened but anyway I can get status from New Delhi Visa office as to what they are doing ?
Email address or Call numbers for them ???

Timelines - AOR 22 FEB / FSW Inland / CRS 459

Another 2 questions -

My Work permit will expire on Sept 23rd and I'm applying BOWP this week.
I saw the processing times and it is 33 days.

I'm confused if I get approved by first week of August and i'm not really sure how long it takes for them to send the hard copy (PLEASE ANYONE CAN TELL ME THE TIMELINES TO GET THE ACTUAL HARD COPY BY MAIL ?)

If it surpasses the August 23rd timeline, will I be considered under implied status and can still work at the same company ? Or I have to Quit until I get the hard copy ?

Please advise on these 2 questions.
