Do they provide you a login name and password that allows you to check your status on CIC?
And, did they send you a AOR letter after submission?

No
They haven't sent me aOR submission letter.
My after 19 days my AOR he called me and said CIC asked to submit Schedule A, so i filled and sent Schedule A to My representative he submitted that on 14 feb..

I have two profiles in MY CIC account one for Express entry profile and other for Permanent Residency.

My Express entry profile is empty now and only details I would see is Saskatchewan nomination accepted and Application status as "Open" and all other details like CRS points details and Express entry profile submission and expiry date vanished. It was there till yesterday. Is this normal or I am only facing this issue?

However I have below details in Permanent Residency profile.

Review of eligibility Review in Progress
Review of medical results Not needed at this time
Review of submitted documents No additional documents are needed at this time
Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed Not needed at this time
Final decision Not Started

Please suggest if this is normal ???

In my case, I filled up the same amount that I gave during EE profile submission.

I filled in an amount just above the threshold. Earlier I had provided the exact amount as stipulated by CIC.

Yes, this is normal.
Now that you have PNP nomination, you have been invited to apply for PR. Once you accept the nomination and ITA, your profile will no longer be available to other provinces.
Hence your CRS score is gone coz its not needed now as you already have your ITA.

Hi Everyone,

I'm from OINP and FSW outland.

Here is my timeline:
eAPR sent/AOR: Feb 12
Medicals passed and Sched 4 request: Feb 19

Last Tuesday Feb. 23 which is the last time I checked my profile, my BG check was Not Started. However checking again today it is Not needed at this time.

Is it normal to see status jump from one to the next randomly? Or is there a pattern?

I was expecting for it to go In Progress since it seems the logical next step. Could this mean they're gearing towards rejection or something else?
