Thank you Kirtivsingh. My GCMS Notes indicate that file has been transferred to New Delhi Visa Office from CPC-Ottawa already on 3rd May.
PS: GCMS Notes have been generated on 20th May.

Hi Diego, my case is a carbon copy of yours - Eligibility and Security mentioned as Not Started but R10 and Criminality met. In the last GCMS note generated on 3rd May, Analyst at CPC Ottawa has cleared ECA assessment and FSW under PNP and NOC but key word "Eligibility Met" is not there. On analyzing the notes, I understand the system does Eligibility review several times (I counted at-least 10 times). On page 11 EE Eligibility is mentioned "Met" on 27 Feb, 2016 and at same place the next review date is mentioned as 20th May, 2016. And on page 224, it is mentioned A11.2 EE-MI as "Review Required" on 29th April 2016, date I ordered GCMS note. As per GCMS, file was transferred to NDVO on 3rd May, 2016. Since then no update on my profile. I am thinking of ordering one more GCMS note to see if there has been any progress in the background.

My understanding is that system does EE eligibility review at several points of time during the application process. If my understanding is correct, then Eligibility was met on 27th Feb in my case with the same to be reviewed on 20th May again.

I lived and worked in 4 different countries. I wonder if the security check could take longer for this regard.

I was wondering this too, I've been out of the country quite a few times in the last 10 years. My BG Check changed to "in progress" on the 14th of May. Maybe they have more checks to do. Also I went to Afghanistan for about 10 days because of work, that might be something they spend some extra time looking into.
