@Maura4, last question, how many photographs are required ? As this the only thing that is not mentioned on the linked document

15/12/12 second AOR
16/01/05 schedule 4 requested/submit/BGC to IP
16/01/16 medical passed/BGC back to not needed
16/03/30 BGC back to IP
16/03/31 PPR
