No I haven't got any email notification, I just checked myCIC account when I found PJ1220 got his BG Check in progress as his Timeline is quite close to mine.

The email notification are delayed sometimes, So might by in next 10-12 hours I see an email for the same.

i received ghost emails last february 26 and 27. i was always waiting for the update then the bg. at least now our application is moving.

Congratulations to everyone who has been getting the PPRs here. Was just looking at the cutoffs for ITA from October and November. The scores were high - 489 for Oct 23rd and 484 for Nov 13th. This means that most likely there were more PNPs that got ITA during that period. Since CIC seems to be processing PNPs faster than others, maybe just maybe they will focus on completing those PNP applications first at this stage. Not trying to be pessimistic here, but we December folks might have to wait a tad bit longer. : ??? :-X

I dont think PNPs r faster....i just think they tend to b because the provinces have already screened their applications, and i feel once they dont have any security or criminal risks...their applications move quickly..i may b wrong

I think u misunderstood me.
Im saying PNPs look faster but consider they already took an average of 40 days+ to get their nominations.i believe this must b considered when talking about the speed of applications as opposed to fsw class whos applications are being opened for the very first time....

yeah thats what i am saying, although i have been into nomination for 60+ days and in CIC my app is in process since 90+ days and still counting..
