I have question, my mailing address changed (The one that goes under contact details) but my residential address is still the same. I am Inland PNP applicant. Do anyone thinks I should submit case specific query telling CIC about my address change. I have not received my PPR yet. Or, I should change when I get the PPR.

I would send the case specific enquiry. It should not contribute any increase in processing time, rather you are keeping them in loop. I know people who submitted their CSE for address or job change and still got PPR well under 5 months.
