I got my Bg in process 2 days back... N yes i ordered gcms abt a month back..will receive it in a couple of days.

Good to know you BG moved to in progress. Hopefully, things move quicker from now on. There is a huge pile of provincial candidates waiting.

And why would they want to reject an amazing immigrant like Yelena and miss out on the rare oppourtunity of having someone that would light up Canada. Lols. Seriously, you remind of Tom who whined so much about his sub-optimal NOC code. All that is history now. In your case, I think the agent would most likely consider your ITA date over your e-app date in respect of the outcome of your legal issue. If CIC was going to reject your application, they would have done that at the early eligibility check (R10 I guess) as your legal stuff directly impacts your crs points.

Bottom line, I would be happy to see a bit of optimism from you.

But yeah honestly i've learned a very very valuable lesson here.. never lose hope.. i was seriously considering cancelling my application and re-entering the pool had it not been for a couple of other fellow applicants who convinced me that i had nothing to lose by just waiting and being hopeful. One of the ultra fast PPR receivers (leptit..) confirmed that his actual roles only matched 30% of his chosen NOC and he still got PPR. I was as lucky as him to get PPR. I was quite bitter with myself for making such a mistake, but in the end I had my happy ending. So yes never lose hope

Dear all,

I wonder if the August batch is really ended. It might be true with Inland applicants but some/most outlanders like me are waiting for the PPR in January! I genuinely wish this batch ends with a lot many PPRs the next month.

i hope so., I am 6 days away from 5 months, and no bg started I am really starting to get worried now..

I am 7th AUG AOR but BG still says 'not needed at this time'. they had asked for an additional document from me on 17th November, which I uploaded on 18th November. No movement since then - not even any ghost emails not too sure whats happening at their end.
