Hi guys!

I just got my PPR! CEC inland applicant.

I've been following this forum throughout my application and the information I've received here has been invaluable throughout the course of this process. A big thanks to everyone!

congrats sidd. Please share your timelines.

Thanks! Yeah I got an email from cpc Ottawa detailing the ppr process. Here's my timeline :

ITA: 26th June
Application submission +AOR: 23rd August
Medical passed: 29th August
Decision made on ECAS: 8th October
PPR: 15th October

superb timeline Sidd. it's less than 2 months from AOR which is great specially for Inland as I was under the impression that Inland takes max time. Good luck.

No inland cec appears to take little time it's inland fsw that takes the longest

congratulations PPR receivers...so happy for you

By the grace of Almighty Allah, I have received PPR. Shuker Allhumdulillah:)

Mabrook! That's great!

I had A query. On what basis does one qualify for CEC and FSW? Considering both for inland. Are the requirements different for both?

I received ppr directly without any update/ghost email. Also I don't have any changes to ecas yet (other than ghost email on October 3rd with no changes to ecas).

CEC inland August 20th.

Hello All,

I'm here to ask a question that is troubling a few from India regarding PCC.. If anyone in this thread who has used a Indian PCC from the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) and has faced no issues, then please let us know.

There is some confusion among us if we should get out PCC from PSK or local police commissioner's office. As many Commissioner's offices in cities do not provide it..and direct us to the PSK centers...I wanted to get input from seniors..

Feel free to correct me.... am gathering information here..

All the best..

I am from Delhi, got PCC from both Delhi police and PSK. But uploaded the PSK PCC in my application as that has much more authenticity as compared to local police.

I said no to job offer and LMIA and I guess thats the difference between CEC AND FSW. Mine was CEC. and I graduated from here as well.

I said no to job offer too and graduated here with a bachelor degree but I got Fsw inland >:(. Its so confusing

If you had stated the amount available to bring in to Canada as $0, you would have been disqualified for FSW and only qualified for CEC (since proof of funds is not a requirement for CEC but is for FSW).
