Hey guys, I have just noticed on the August spreadsheet that SelinaS got rejected on the 17th of September. Anybody came a long what was the reason for rejection?

I got the ITA under CEC
ITA on 17th July 2015
Submitted the application on 17th August 2015
AOR - 18th August 2015
Medical passed
Background check in progress

I completed my 2 years of Canadian work experience from 31th July 2013 to 30th July 2015, But I got the score for 2 years one month earlier.

I am worried now because I did not qualify for the score on 17th July 2015 when I got the ITA, but qualified when I applied for the PR on 17th August 2015.

I would like to know, will it have any impact on my application?

If Yes, should I send a CSE saying that system gave and I accepted it. If the system had given the scores properly, I would have got the ITA in the next few draws.

Please give your opinions, I am really worried.

Don't worry about it .. Express entry counts full months instead of days. It doesn't even give you the option to chose the date you started working .. It will just as you the month you started working. So since you started on July 2013 you might have noticed your points going up on the first of june .. Counting the full month of July 2013 and June 2015 making it two years

I think Proof of relationship is for someone who has direct relative(s) in Canada.

The reason I asked is because my application was cancelled due to the lack of my spouse's Police certificate.

When I logged into my account, I found the system structure is different from the time I submitted my application. Right now, the “Spouse's Marriage Certificate” section is disappeared and the uploaded “Notarized Marriage Certificate” document has been moved to the “Police Certificate” section. I am not sure what kind of system changes happened to MYCIC account but I am certain that I have prepared and submitted my spouse's notarized Police Certificate onto MYCIC account. I differentiate document name and there is no way that I would have submitted a wrong file.

I have submitted a CSE this morning, but I am also considering to resubmit the application...

So so sorry you're going through this. I hope they will reopen your case. Sounds very unfair and disheartening

Which month has got Ppr and which category ?


Also I need help guys. I got a msg last day that my job bank profile is to be suspended due to inactivity. I logged in to it and activated it. Now it says active profile. I thought the problem was fixed but today I got same msg ( email) again. I again logged in. It is active. My id username function and when it opens it says. Active profile. Why the msg again then. What do I do?? And if it's not fixed is it going to affect my application progress. Plz help.

Thank you, tomneversfield! I saw that selinaS went through almost the whole process on the August spreadsheet. She/he even had Background Check in Process.
It is so sad, when you are thinking that you are almost there and then get that dreadful letter from CIC. I hope very much that CSE will help her/him to re-open the application!

I filled in my father's date of birth wrongly on my PR application form; 28/04/1954, but his correct date of birth is 28/03/1954. Now an filling out a Schedule A and I realize my mistake what should I do?

May I ask what your current country of residence is? Did you also qualify for CEC? And last but not least, did you have a job offer?
