I still dont know hot to see ECA lines status. In myCIC, my application status is showing as open and I cant click on that. SO how am I suppose to see ECA lines like many others in this forum.

Google ecas.
Use your AOR and fill in other options.
You would see your status.

Do you get an email when your medical is updated?
or we just need to keep checking?

I've checked 5pm and I was with my medicals approved. I just got the email saying that the application was updated at 8pm

I submitted my application on August 11th, My Medicals status on my CIC changed to 'Passed' on August 15th, but my Background Check status is still 'Not started'.

Is this normal? Most people report that their Background Check status changes to 'In progress' on the same day as the Medicals status changes to 'Passed'.

i was wondering how people got rejected because of medical upfront after getting medical passed.....i thought medical passed means everything good with medical ....

my medical type is
IME - EDE
FAMILY -EDE

SHOULD I HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THIS

ANY SUGGESTION GUYS ?

The BG goes in progess for inlanders.
for FSW outlander BG check is not started for a long time.. some people have even reports that their BG went into progress a week before PPR

After how many days of submitting the application we can be little relax that now there is less chance of refusal..in other words after how many days maximum rejections have been seen..

Hi Guys, I have an India PCC which I got in Nov 2014.
As per my knowledge cic does accepts pcc which is valid for 3 months. (If I am wrong could you please rectify me)
My question is if I will get an ITA this month can I send the same pcc which I got in Nov 2014 ?
If not, Can I send the same and explain them that I have already applied for a new one and will send later with the application receipt.
Will that work ?
or is there any other suggestion for this ?

Anyone had same scenario ? What was your solution ?

Ppl have even reported getting rejection after 3-4 months... No one knows for sure

I used oct 14th Pcc...
But if you want new Pcc tell consulates that you need it urgently.
