hi...I received my PPR ON Dec 24 but my express entry profile says

BG CHK in progress
medical passed
Final Decision- Not started

is it normal?... my passport is received by cic on 31 dec.

it seems only the ones that have their bg in progress are getting pprs...
the rest of of might be in for a waite., but as long as not started bg doesn't mean a rejection, we are good..
