I know people are having issues with ECAS from reading on other threads. I have no access for the last 4 days I think so just want to check if some of you with recent background check in progress are also unable to access ECAS recently i.e Duskyblue, Tomneversfield?

Hello to all of you,

I have been lurking this thread for a few weeks. Here are my details (already in the spreadsheet but not as detailed).

Category : FSW outland (France)
Family of 3 : me, wife and kid (1 year old)
17/07 -> ITA
06/08 -> submission and AOR
01/09 -> processing started and CIC requested passport of my child (was not ready when we submitted)
06/09 -> passport sent
14/10 -> new line in ECAS (medical passed)
19/11 -> background check started. ECAS back after 1 week outage with 1 line missing (medical)
30/11 -> ECAS out again (not back since then).

last time ECAS was out, my request was updated. Hopefully I will have a nice surprice on monday

Yeah, I lost my access again as well, same time as you. Still not back.

Yup, lost my ECAS access about 3 days ago... I'm more obsessed with myCIC though. Don't understand the value/sexiness of ECAS, to be honest

Me too dont have ecas for the last 3 weeks.

Not even a single background check update for this entire week , so strange . I think they are facing some kind of technical issue..

The good thing about ECAS is that we *sometimes* can see a PPR coming when it updates to Decision Made. Other than that, is just another website we compulsively visit several times a day expecting to get some good news ;D

Absolutely true mate. . Nowadays, it seems that whenever I click on the address bar of Google chrome to type in a website, it shows either ECAS access link or the link to this forum. .

I applied with 3 police certificates, certificate from UK is more than 5 months old when I submitted the PR application.

Is it acceptable or I should try to get new one as early possible?

And if we look at October and November forum them guys are getting PPRs and DMs

your police certificate is ok if its issuance date is later to ur last departure date from UK
