AOR in August 2015

Hi All,

I'm getting really worried about my application.

Here is my timeline in ECAS: ( Category is FSW/inland with LMIA)

We received your application for permanent residence on August 9, 2015.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 9, 2015.
We started processing your application on August 18, 2015.
Medical results have been received.
We sent you a letter on September 11, 2015. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Last time CIC contacted me was Sept 11 for have WES grant CIC to access my ECA report- this part was done the same day.

After that I had no updates and my LMIA expired in November ( but CIC did grant me Work permit for two more years with LMIA).

Now I'm worried that they will reject my application since my LMIA expired.

Anyone else is in the same situation?

what does that means?
My work permit expired(post graduate work permit). Am i eligible to apply for extension without LMIA ? Any suggestions? please and tnq.

my first application has 97 days, and refused, of course they don't refuse you for no reason, i've shared it on other posts.

days count doesn't mean anything, no need to freak out

No as your work permit is expired. If you had applied before it had expired, then yes. But have you also received a 2nd AOR?

No updates since.......

Same case here... For sure our applications will come in batches again.

Other threads have reliable information that CIC is focusing on 2014 or earlier backlogs and processing of Syrian refugees' application (priority per CIC manual- I posted the link related to the Refugees thread)...

I understand the situation 'cause we're on the same boat...

I think results may come by December or even January
