its quite difficult speaking with a representative, automated system gives you your status based on what's on ur account, anyone tried calling lately?

Yes, I did. Had to wait for 34 min (which they had stated) before I was able to speak to an agent.

I am 22nd April AOR , i am in IP2 Since August 21st - shoud i request GCMS ? what is the procedure and what should i write - we are not 6 months Yet is that ok ?
I would suggest to apply for GCMS notes after ~30 days in ip2. Even if it takes time for the notes to arrive, it will give you insights to the actual comments made by CIC officer. Sometimes, it may be specific to a document details like job details or salary part. In such cases, you can proactively upload a clarification/updated document using a CSE will may help the office to take decision or move beyond.

I agree. Since you are already in IP2, PPR is just around the corner. You may want to wait for couple of weeks more before ordering GCMS notes.
