Also any ADR including PPC or anything else all WILL add to the delay. The moment they ask for an ADR, the damn thing goes back to rot and then you have to wait for them to pick the file up again. My advice to future applicants is to give the PERFECT file so they have absolutely no reason for an ADR!

Cant say. IP2 to PPR takes anywhere from 1 day to 50 days.

I am sure my file ended up under July applications once they had to ask for additional PCC (from Japan which can be sent only once CIC asks for one!) and now it will probably take forever to be processed!

You should be able to log into your CIC account and check what the background status says I guess. This is under your application status.

That's is IP1. Your next step will be NA2 >>> IP2 >>> PPR Email

For your input, IP2 will look like this:

I'm really down right now
There is a guy who got PPR in 21 days - nothing against that guy but yes CIC should follow some order

thats just really crazy... happy for the guy, but how do you attend to those just applying while holding those with five months old applications down... and the speed with which they are attending to those new applications really shows there's no big deal with the job, especcially when you dont have a long travel history... you should get accessed and approved in a matter of days..

5 months into the business and I'm still at IP1. That's disheartening of sorts.
Seniors please guide if I should be worried about / doing something about the situation.
Thanks
