I got the golden email this afternoon.

Are citizens of Bulgaria and Romania applying from within Canada asked to send their passport similar to visa-required countries or they are being asked to scan their passport similar to visa-exempt countries?

I'd appreciate it if you share your experience for the period after May 1st, 2017 when TRV requirements were removed for the citizens of those two countries who have travelled to Canada in the past 10 years.

most probably , end of September... I have heard school sessions start there in September.. Need to get my son's admission done.. He will turn 5 , this October..
Since you are already there, any tips or suggestions regarding job and school admissions will be of great help.. At present I work as a financial analyst (NOC 1112) in India...

BG needs to change to "We are processing.....". That will take your application to IP2. Currently it looks like IP1.
Once into IP2, PPR is just a week-10 days ahead....

The same thing happened to me.
I called cic on 6th july, the call center lady told me that system is showing that they have sent me the letter on 30-6-2017. I told them I didnt recieve any correspondence.
The lady said that she will send the reminder mail to my case officer.
I also inform the CPC office through my email but didnt get any reply. Its been 21 days!
frustation n wait is all I can do.

No update after that. Should i contact IRCC or wait for some more days? Anyone in similar situation.

If I am not wrong @legalfalcon and other members (those received PPR) of this forum says that you need to send your PP within 30 days after PPR. If systems says that your PPR was send on June 30th, it means you have 9 days left approx. .

What would be the status of your application after 30 days passed of PPR (according to the CIC system)? Worried......

If I am not wrong @legalfalcon and other members (those received PPR) of this forum says that you need to send your PP within 30 days after PPR. If systems says that your PPR was send on June 30th, it means you have 9 days left approx. .

In the PPR email you get, it says that you have to submit the passport within 30 days. When your passport is stamped and a CoPR issued, you will see that the application is approved and closed.

Yeah hope so - the wait is killing, especially when ppl with AORs as late as June getting PPR

Good to know, I am CEC outland and was getting a feeling of having been ignored. I was not requested for RCMP so haven't done that and is not ready with me. I passed medical on May 16th and my BG status is "we are processing your backgrund check..." since then. No update since then.. what was the request for additional document for?? please keep me informed

The additional documents requested were the Details of Military Service (IMM5546E) and Details of Government Employment forms. Since I uploaded this after my BG status changed to N/A, I don't actually know what stage it was used for. As I hadn't heard anything in a few weeks (and because CEC applications seemed to be slowing down), I ordered my GCMS notes last week (should arrive in mid-August) but it would be great to have PPR before I receive the notes
