Hello,
How long does it take to receive PPR after IP2? I've been waiting for a week now
IP2>PPR time has increased too much in the last 2 months. Eariler it was less than 1 week and its upto 4 weeks also.

It's been 31 days after I ordered GCMS notes. Today I'm supposed to get my freaking notes but still nothing......

And other thing i would like to know is after dialling 1111122 we need to press 0 to talk to agent but if agents are busy they disconnect the call rather keeping on hold.

Is it the right way am following to keep the call on hold to talk to cic agent there

The status is the same that you see on the online platform, just that it is read out to you.

The automatic disconnection is entirely normal. IMO if your application is within the timeline (6 months FSW-O) and you do not have any specific inquiry then don't bother calling.

Another way to talk to agent
select Express entry option and then continue further to talk to agent

Select option 7 for express entry and then speak to an agent

Does the CIC agent say about the made decision on phone? My application is in IP2 since June 30. Just wondering if the processing is done or not
