Congrats. I guess I am the only AOR April 4th applicant who hasn't got any update until now.

My AOR is 1st Apr, i am still waiting for meficals...so you are not alone.

the medical message will change after your medicals get passed.

even my application stated the aforementioned message, before i got the message that my medicals got passed at 4th april.

Has anyone ever successfully used the Online Services (https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=) to check the application status? I haven't been able to use it until now. It keeps saying "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided."

You are right. Useful but tricky. Sometimes people post incorrect dates misleading others. But overall it's a decent estimator.

i was also getting anxious like you guys. i even contacted my panel physicians office to confirm if they sent the medical report. they even sent me the medical report sent confirmation letter. i got my medicals done on 8th march and they sent my medicals to cic on 10th march.

my AOR is 2nd april....and my medicals got passed 4th june...and there were people who applied after me, their medicals got passed way quicklhy

its all LUCK. there is no specific definition per se defining how long takes what.

and there are people whose medicals is still not passed

i think it all jots down to when the cic officer sees your application and clicks search with the umi number provided in your information sheet / or whatever your physician has provided...there are now more applications being processed with the gradual decrease of the CRS points so it makes sense if the processing goes slow...they've to now work on MORE applications now especially this year than they did BEFORE...
