HI everyone,
I have been following the forum. I am starting to get worried and want some input. I am CEC, but "outland", currently in NZ. I have AOR of 16 April. BUT... I have had no changes to my application status as far as I can tell, although my BG status may have changed to NA from something else, but I can't remember if it was ever different. Here is my details:
Application status We received your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.
Review of additional documents The additional documents you provided are being reviewed.
Interview You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check Not applicable.
Final decision Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
Any input is greatly appreciated. Have they even touched my application based on this?
I am also a CEC Outland applicant (living in the UK). My AOR was 8th April and my profile looks like this at the moment:

From what I've seen others in this forum post, the "We received your application" means that your profile is still at the early stages (admittedly the ecas updates on your account aren't always the most reliable indicator, so its difficult to tell by just looking at it). Obviously ordering GCMS notes will give you an idea of where your application sits (as it takes around a month to receive these, there will be a time lag between whats happening with your profile since you ordered these notes).
Alternatively you could call CIC and speak with an agent and explain that its been almost 3 months and you've still not received any updates on your application yet. I spoke with agent yesterday to confirm that the RPRF payment I made 3 weeks ago had gone through without any problems (I thought it had, but used it as a bit of an excuse to see if I could get an update), and he confirmed that I had passed the eligibility and was in the final stages of the process. Obviously I don't want to get too excited just yet (until its official and in writing), but staring at my express entry profile at least once a day can become quite soul destroying when it doesn't really tell you much about whats happening.
Good luck and I'm sure everything is fine, the whole system seems to have slowed down in the past month.
