AOR email received - Waiting for In Process.

Hello,
This is thread to track folks who have received AOR email and waiting for "In Process".

I received my email AOR on January 29, 2015. The ecas status still shows "received". it's been 34 days.

Seniors, please chime in with your comments. Should i call CIC? IS this a concern. Whilst checking the tracker i found
most of the applicants have had the "In Process" started within 1-2 weeks.

Same here..Received Email AOR on Feb 4th and waiting for the status to be updated to in process.

Received AOR Feb 9th, still waiting. I'm sure it'll come soon, then hoping for a quick transfer to local office

Are you guys a single application or family? For me it's my wife and 2 kids also, so I'm expecting things to be a little slower.

I called the CIC today, it did not help me much. The call centre agent said that normally the In-process, status , Transfer to local office will not be displayed in ecas , which i find it weird.

Anyways, no idea why our e-cas are not updated when most of the Nov 2014 applicants with similar timelines can see their status either "In-Process" or Transferred to local office.

I have noticed in the forum that sometimes ecas does not update and the person receives a letter for test or additional documentation by mail. Give it sometime and also keep an eye on your mail.

My ecas updated today to "In Process" as of March 04, 2015.
