Hi Igethope, yes it took 5 days actually, for some reason some submission take about a week to receive AOR, while some receive it instantly.

I raised a CSE on the matter, rest assured you are not alone in this situation. It was driving me insane thinking why I had not received it.
Oh I see , thanks. We will keep waiting. I hope they process application fast this year due to pandemic and higher number invitations.

Any idea when will the biometrics take place?

Hi.
I got the ITA on Nov 18, 2020 & AOR on Dec 07, 2020.
I have a valid visitor visa for Canada since January 2020 for which I had already given my biometrics. In the e-APR there was a question on submitting details of biometrics already given and I have provided the details.
I understand that I will not be required to give biometrics again. Is that correct? So, would this speed up my process?

Number of PPRs issued (reported) by years & Months:

As you can see there is a drastic decrease in the number of PPRs, hopefully 2021 will be better.

By months, there was a spike in October and November, but still short of high records of Jan, Feb and partially March 2020.

Hello @andy108 please, if someone withdraws their application post AOR without a final decision on their withdrawal application, is it okay to join the pool immediately again and submit a new eAPR should they get another one? Please your response will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

PS: reason for withdrawal is due to inconsistency in the dates between my work reference letter and my online application.

Hello Folks,

Basic question: As VAC's are not taking all biometrics requests from all stream and are giving priority to students / spousal visas, was curious if Biometrics is a show stopper for rest of the application process? Or the Background check process can happen in parallel?
i.e. the profile will still be under process, even if the biometrics is not done. Are they related?

Does this mean that the 6 month timeline gets extended if biometrics is delayed?

Hi I got my AOR on Dec 7 th but there has been no update on my application.
It is still stuck on reviewing your eligibility. Neither the medicals are updated. Can anyone guide me
