Schedule A requested May 18th 2016
Went back to India got engaged and married in July came back informed CIC.
They sent documentation request for my wife on Aug 12th Had to submit her documents before August 19th.
Surprising I got my PPR request today and my wife also got it. 2 seperate emails.
PPR- OCT 4 2016
Total -176 days from AOR

I don't know my VO. Is GCMS notes the only way to know our VO?

yes, gcms or by calling cic.......may be ottawa or ndvo then.

I called up CIC once. An agent old me she will not be able to access my file unless I give her a UCI number. When I told her that my app category is FSW Outland, she asked me contact local VO.

But the e-mail states I have to submit my passport in New Delhi. I am working in the US. What can I do?

Hey first of all congratulations!!!, i think there is a provision of changing VO.
You might need to contact CIC tell them your situation and i think they can change your Visa office to somewhere in US.
