Well done man!!!

Hi there good fellas,

I have received our GCMS notes on the 16th September. It is 100 page long. However, if I am correct only the last few pages matters. Cause the rest is mainly electronically generated pages from our inputs to the application itself. No?

To my surprise they have done this within the week of our AOR and after that there is none.
Is there anyone who can tell me if it is consistence? or should I be worried?
My BG has not changed ever. The "Eligibility Review is still in Progress" AOR in April 7th. Med Passed in 12th.

All the comments states MET. Criminality Passed. Job Level A is consistent. ECA MET. Language MET.

Kind Regards,

Kind Regards,

hi, may i know ur primary VO and ur category.

Hi all,

My case is bit confusing. I have appointed a rep for my pr application.

Following are my dates

ITA recieved - 10th Feb 2016
Category FSW Inland
AOR- April 08 2016
I went back home got engaged and married came back informed CIC about status change they emailed me to get my marriage documents and spouse documents on Aug 12 2016 they gave me only 1 week till Aug 19 2016. Fortunately I had told my wife to do PCC and medical upfront. so submitted my spouse docs before 19 Aug 2016. As you know CIC doesnt entertain calls before 180 days but still I was lucky atleast to know my spouse has been added to application. Yesterday I called CIC one agent informed me that call back after 21st January 2017 if you dont hear anything. This is ridiculous. My rep is a useless as he wont inform me the status going into CIC account. I did apply for accees to information on 12th Sep
2016 the processing time is 30 days.

Question has anyone faced such a situation if so what is the timeline?

Guys
Wait for PPR is over ;)...got PPR request today well within 6 months time frame :)...unlike what I read in certain posts it was not a mail with the subject Ready For Visa...It was just an email notifying that I have a message in my Cic account!!...Guys need your guidance for future course of action with regards to VFS.

All,

Finally received my GCMS notes today at 08:40 AM EST, that I ordered on 9th August (So they took exactly 31 calendar days i.e. excluding weekends and Canadian public holidays).

Final paragraph contains the following lines:

CRIMlNALITY: PA: - RCMP Screening: No
reportable trace - Police Certificates - India: No reportable trace
Additional Notes:- As per R10 notes: All police certificates on application; following PC's NRT India and RCMP. Criminality Decision Passed.
- Rec'd Schedule A for PA and DEP see incoming correspondence
MEDICALS: -Valid Results in GCMS
RECOMMENDATION: Appears to meet A11.2 & R87 .1 requirements

So I guess, now it's just the wait when my number is dialed, or something can still happen?

if its excluding weekends and holidays, then it is not calendar days, it is business days.

I found this in the notes, I guess this is what you were looking for:

Field Name Eligibility
Action: Updated
Old Value Not Started
New Value: Recommend Passed
Updated Date 2016/07/21
Updated By NN9961
Office CPC-Ottawa

I called up CIC and a lady responded that she can only access information if I applied from inside Canada.
