Hi Shauna Keane,

Could you please explain your dates for the benefit of everybody ? Please do not mind that I am asking very particularly. The idea is to understand the waiting time for AOR and BOWP online and BOWP paper applications.

Is it the PR application in CEC category that you submitted on July 18th ?
Is it the BOWP application you submitted on 20th , I guess it is July 20th if it is paper application. Please correct me if it is August 20th. Did you submit it online or paper ?

Posted AOR July 18th
Visa expired September 23th
Posted BOWP 20th (without AOR)
Received AOR September 27th

my apologises, I was running out the door for work so I was not thinking straight.

I submitted my PR application for CEC on July 18th, my working permit (at that stage) was set for expire on September 23th, I submitted my application for the BOWP on September 20th without the AOR as it had not arrived at that stage. on September 27th I received my AOR. I was waiting 71 days from the time I submitted my PR application to the time I received my AOR. I submitted it by paper and paid by money order. I hope that is some help to you.
